I'm a single buisness professional and travel extensively. I live in one of the denali model apartments and couldn't be happier with the place.

It's expensive, but you do get what you pay for, no crime, your next door to baseball field, fitness park, the velodrome(embanked bike track). It's also one of the few places where you can get an apartment that has an attached garage.

If you walk around you notice all the cars are new, there's few kids and the ones that are around are young enough that they aren't trouble makers. It's set back in a way that kind of makes it like a gated community vis a vis isolation.

The sirens and shooting range talked about by one reviewer never bothered me, you have to be outside to even here it anyways. Walls are well insulated, can't say I've ever heard a neighbors sterio or TV. These apartments where designed to be worth the price.

It's just a nice safe place to live, surrounded by other professionals and young families. And if that's not good enough it has free built in security system with the works.

The only complaints I would say is lack of parking, I have a model with a garage so I can park litterally right at my door, but people from other apartments try to park sort of behind me on the other side of the driveway so I risk hitting them when I pull out. I contacted the office about this and they said that it's a lease violation and I can call the police and have them ticketed if I want to...however a few notes on window wipers and the problem went away, no one got upset and relised the problem and it solved itself. Good neighbors...

The appliances are all full sized so I can do a suitcase full of laundry no problem, ample storage, I have more closets than I can fill. All the rooms have ethernet and cable hookups which is cool even though I only use one and use wifi.

THe management in my experience is top notch. They never bother me and when I need something they're always there to help.

The rent has risen since I've lived here, which is over two years now, it goes up about $15/mounth every year. But like I said you are getting what you pay for here.
