We lived in Autumn Park from late 2005 until mid 2007. The place is beautiful but the management is obnoxious! Mindy is such a nice person when selling you an apartment but absolutely terrible at dealing with people's issues when something goes wrong. She shows her true colors as a very nasty woman. They take it personally when soemthing goes wrong and really lay it on you! These rental agents speak to the tenants as if they are children. Totally inappropriate attitutes towards relatively high paying customers (Lehigh Valley standards).

*** Yes it is next to a shotgun firing range. You will hear constant shooting throughout the day on weekends.

*** The volunteer fire department's siren wails at all hours of the day and night. It is about half a mile a way and will wake up the soundest of sleepers.

- Paper thin walls, ceilings and floors. I lived on the 1st and 2nd floors and they are both noisy!
- A neighbor's balcony was falling apart and they refused to fix it!
- The gym was in a constant state of disrepair.
- The copy machine and pritner were perpetually out of order.
- The jets in the hot tub were broken for 2 consecutive summers.
- The utility efficiency is non-existent. The HVAC costs as much to run as my 4400 square foot house!
- Parking is hard to come by late in the day.
- Maintenance is incompetant. 3 trips on average to fix one thing.
- Dumpster was always overflowing. Stunk in the summertime!
- Frequent power outages that last for hours.
- Washer/Dryer tore up many articles of clothing. Cheap applicances.

If looks are all that matter to you, then this is a perfect place but you will soon discover all of the problems with this complex and wish you never moved here.

Oh and by the way: We required a bigger apartment half way through our lease and were informed by Ms. Mindy that the only way to upgrade was to pay a lease break fee or wait until the end of the lease to move. No complex makes you go through this to upgrade an apartment. Just a terribly run place.

I agree with all...have had similar issues with Autumn Park in my time here.
