We recently moved to Autumn Park. Mindy was our initial contact person. On a short notice, she showed us the apartment that we are living in now. The apartment was impecably clean - freshly painted and shampooed carpet. It has an open floor plan with lots of light. The grounds are well maintained with nice landscaping. It is a wonderful and safe environment for young families. There is a park and cycling center at a walkable distance.
Moving can be stressful but the management here is organized and experienced. We feel they are very attentive and responsive to the residents' needs. Mindy was especially helpful. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the local community. She was instrumental in making our move pleasant and pain free!!
I am glad I did not read the reviews before moving in or we many not have looked into these apartments. Some of the reviews are shockingly negative. I can not understand why.
We are very happy to have moved here and would highly recommend this place.
