Beware the noise levels of this area...lots of construction that starts early in the morning, lots of lawn crews at Autumn Park and neighboring community (under construction) even on early weekend mornings, an active shooting range, and a volunteer fire company alarm that's quite loud. Other than noise, the management and maintenance people are friendly and responsive, and apartments are well kept. Neighbors all pretty respectful in terms of noise, but thin walls do allow noises to be heard from apartment to apartment, opt for a 2nd floor unit! If you like it dark at night, get a building away from the road and away from sidewalk lighting. Outdoor lighting is very bright and very close to apartments.
