APARTMENTS IS A NICE, DECENT PLACE TO LIVE.
THE PROBLEM WITH THE "ANONYMOUS" REVIEWS AND THE LAST ONE IS THAT THEY WERE "ASKED" TO LEAVE OFFICIALLY----YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
REALLY IF A PLACE WAS FLOODED LIKE YOU SAY --WOULDN'T THEY BE CITED OR FINED' THE ONLY THING I WISH IS THAT THE APARTMENTS AT WHITEHALL HAD MORE 2 BEDROOM. THERE IS A LONG WAITING LIST FOR THEM. A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THAT PLAN WANT TO MOVE TO THOSE BUILDINGS. MANAGEMENTS PROBLEM IS THAT SOMETIMES THEY JUST CAN'T SAY NO TO TENANTS AND THEN THOSE TENANTS TAKE ADVANTAGE.
