In response to JD2181949 's 3/1/2004 comment.
I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if it was either the manager or the assistant manager writing that review. There was nothing nice or decent about those apartments, dont be fooled. The apartment was flooded, and the conditions were as deplorable as stated. I have pictures posted to prove it and a report was made to the health department. As for being asked to leave" I can't speak for everyone else, but I can safely say I was never "asked to leave". I left on my own because it was a horrible living situation that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Except maybe Whitehalls managers, because apparently they could still use a serious wake up call.
If what you meant by youre "they were asked to leave.you know what I mean" comment is that we were basically forced out, by being made to live in unfit conditions, then what kind of claim to fame is that' Is that something to be proud of'
The only way the staff would go out of their way to do anything for the tenants, is if the old staff had been completely replaced by people who care about the building and the people who live there.
