Strict on Contract

Contract is really strict!!! Liquidated Damages includes 3 months rent plus deposit. If you want to leave early, you will have to pay for Liquidated Damage. Late charge payment is 10%. They will not even negotiate in a proper matter with you about the contract. They will use the contract against you for any reason. MAKE SURE YOU READ CONTRACT THOROGHLY. There are so many things on that contract. Every little mistake that you make, the contract will be used against you, just to prevent you from leaving or having to pay for Liquidation Damages.
There are two trains track? trains running every 20 minutes at the apartment, which can keep you awake too. Parking isn?t available every time, when you come home late.
