this building is located about 10 yards from elevated train tracks - that alone should be enough to disuade anyone from living here. the realtors, woodward properties, are quite possibly the least professional and most frustrating people i have EVER been associated with, and they even went as far as to steal my security deposit. i had cockroaches in my cabinets. the elevator broke often. the bathroom was filthy with years of grime and rust. the oven did not work right. the rent is dirt cheap - but it is about right for the tiny closet of an apartment you get. look elsewhere, anywhere, before you live here.
