I am a lucky resident of this building but im moving out in 3 weeks. I installed extra lock on my door, because on weekends some ex husbands or baby daddy's get in the often propped open access door. There is occasional yelling and non sense in the hallway. Some one keeps ripping off the floor number sign on the wall. Yes i do smell pot all the time. 1 day a cracked or heroined out black dude was sitting near my door when i came home one night, I had to run him off with my boot wouldnt reccomend it unless u r poor.
