This is noise place. The management doesn't care about your right of quite enjoyment, neither other needs of you. All they are good at is charging you fees by twisting the explanation of your contract terms. They will hang up your call since they don't care. They think you are living in their place, but don't remember that you have paid for that. Parking is not organized. You have to go through a factory whose wokers work on the pulic street all the time when you go in/out of your apt..
