WORSE PLACE EVER LEAVED. DON'T MOVE, unless you are in the drug business

The apartments are tiny, and not maintained. So much for calling the place Bridgeport SUITES . I had burns and spots on the carpet that were never taking care of. And when I moved out, they charged me for the carpet cleaning even when I made them aware of the carpet conditions before I moved in.
To get to the apartments, you have to go through a inside street which is actually the parking area of the construction company/storage area. When they repave that internal street, it was even worse than before and you practically need a 4WD to get in when lots of rain.
Parking is horrible. There are more cars than spots, and people don't hesitate to block other cars in or just bump your doors. They put notices out there that they were going to repave the parking lots, and that all cars had to be moved. NEVER DONE!!!!
Noise was horrible, both from neighbors, from the elevated train that ran 15 feet from the apartment and the regular freight train that ran 30 feet from the apartment all day and night.
Basement level apartments run a serious risk of flooding (and may be right next to the usually-overflowing dumpster).
I only did laundry once there since the people that were around looked like there was something going on there that I should not be witnessing. Not to mention the roaches. You would get charged for cats if you have one but the roaches coming out of your sink, bathtub and windows were free. DISGUSTTING!!!!
One day there was a yellow band from the police blocking one of the apartments as it was a crime scene.
I never left my door unlock. But even then, you have to have your eyes opened at all times.I did not feel safe there at all.
The day I was finally moving out of that nightmare, I had two of my friends helping me out. I was loading things in the elevator and my friends were unloading the elevator and taking the things to the car. And it only took one trip to the car to find this tenant who was dragging my furniture to the other elevator and into her apartment. Lucky me, she was living in the same floor as I was staying. When I confronted her, she said I didn t guard it. What a great neighbor to have!!
The people from Woodward Properties (www.wpinc.org) was extremely rude every time I talked to them during my stay and I did not get my deposit back ( minus the carpet Cleaning fee ) until 2 months after I left.
I only leaved there for 4 months but the day I left I felt like I was released from prison!!
