I had read a review online about the poor quality in some respects to this place, but I still moved in as my family lives in King of Prussia. I should have listened to the reviewer. It is 19 degrees outside right now, and I do not have any heat! I actually wrote a letter to my landlord about one week ago and he has done nothing about my problem. Actually, it's a recurring problem and this is the 5th time I've had to contact them. In addition to that, the walls are paper-thin, the windows have no storm windows, and there is a huge gap around the wall unit A/C and beneath the door, which means you have absolutely no privacy. Some of the neighbors are quiet, but others cook smelly food late at night and continually bang their closet doors. If you can't afford a better place, try Fraley; otherwise, stay away! I can't wait to move out.
