The apartments are very clean and for the price you cannot beat it. The location is great for access to KOP, Norristown or Conshy. The inside decor is a little out dated, but hey it's a solid roof over your head. I have lived here through two winters and have NEVER had to turn my heat on. Since the heat is free everyone else in the building seems to feel the urge to crank it up. I have my windows open all winter long. The downside, PAPER thin walls! Do not plan on living here if you have a slightly loud laugh. Your neighbors will call your landlord instead of just knocking on your door and asking you to keep it down. I also feel like the staff are a little too nosey for comfort. Most of hte neighbors are older tenants that have been here forever. Bottom-line: if I could afford somewhere else I would be gone in a heartbeat, but until the $ is available I will call it home.
