So where should I start... We rented one of the newer units... the $1000 a month townhouses... what a mistake. All was well until they were hard for renters and made a deal with a guy who needed houses for workers and their "families".... those workerd were illegal mexican and by family they meant a house full of 8-10 males. They had no furniture... no window treatments... and they all drove around in a giant box truck... they would file out like a clown car. One night my wife and I were watching TV and one of them was peeping through my back door.... I think they were watching TV but who knows! And Beth at the office... what a waste she is.. Total *$%&$. She wouldnt return calls... and wouldnt even address the matters at hand. And what for the townhouse'' It took over a week for them to put in our washer and dryer... and 3 days to fix a clogged drain that was dumping sewage and toilet paper in my driveway everytime I flushed... so unless you want to live with a bunch of illegal -------- who dont know english and are always looking at your things then you dont want to live here...

Okay, this review made me laugh. How ignorant you are! I am sure your problem was because they were foreign and I am offended that you would ask Management to discriminate! I have lived in this section of town homes for the last 4 years and know exactly what you are referring to but would like to know if you are certain that the gentleman were illegal? Did you i.d. them? I don't believe they were even here a year. I am not from the U.S. and am thankful that Beth (that is who I dealt with upon my 1st, 2nd, & finally rent on my 3rd visit) did not treat me any different than she would an american looking to rent an apartment. I understand that there are people out there who are not happy that there are foreigners on their american turf but you cannot blame Beth for your ignorance. I must also ask ~ you had a washer and dryer installed by maintenance? Is this something now being offered upon move ins? I must call the office to inquire. I have nothing but good things to say about this community and its staff, that is why I've been here for 4 years. I would recommend it to anyone!
