just wanted to respond to the other reviews. Beth is a great worker..she has always gone out of her way for my husband and i and i have really gotten to know her over the years. she is a hard worker and puts up with alot of crap from tentants. every apartment and/or townhouse will have its problems, same with a house. there will always be mantaince regardless if its new or old. the maintance guys are very nice as well at springhouse. we lived in the apartment building as well as a townhouse. as for parking being a problem...we never experienced parking problems..the lots for the apartments are huge and there are even lots for the townhouses as well as the driveways.
