Poorly built When we moved in I did an initial walk through and noted what was wrong upon us moving in. One not was that there seemed to be a leak in the bathroom. By the time we move out the entire floor under the "tile" was green. The building is poorly made and poorly managed.

Dont Recomend Springhouse is for people who can't afford to live somewhere nicer. Most apartments have large families living in them making for an uncomfortable living enviornment. Shoes, garbage bags, and bikes are left about in the hallways and management does not address it.
