nice single entry garden apartment. apartments are too close to 79, alot of fumes and noise from the truck stop directly over from my apartment. poor air conditioning units. management slow to fix minor problems. They never replace carpet or flooring even though have been at this residence 6

Poorly built When we moved in I did an initial walk through and noted what was wrong upon us moving in. One not was that there seemed to be a leak in the bathroom. By the time we move out the entire floor under the "tile" was green. The building is poorly made and poorly managed.

You get what you pay for.... I've lived at Springhouse for two years. Keep in mind--South Fayette is a very affluent community--and considering what you're paying for here, you get a good bit. I live in an apartment at Springhouse, and if you want another 2 bedroom, 1 1/2
