When you drive by if you think these apartments look great turn and run. The Manager has repaired only one apartment on this complex, thats the one that they show to renters. The new manager has replaced the outside doors, repaved the road, cemented the sidewalks, placed railing on the outside by the steps, and replaced the windows. Sounds good, don't be fooled. There has been absolutely no repairs done to the inside apartments, everything done has been to give the appearance that Bristol Gardens is a nice place to live. Once you move into your apartment you will never see maintence again. Also you discover things start missing around your house. All of maintence will have a key to your apartment, they will knock once if you dont answer in 1 minute they will enter your apartment. God help you if you leave your valuables out. Also those windows that they had replaced can be easily opened from the outside. Don't let the new outside look make your judgement, avoid this place at all cost! Also my rent was raised 40 dollars this year to pay for these repairs. Manager personally told a tenant that he will not let the cable company install a better cable system unless they set aside a special account for him if people dont pay their rent(CAN YOU SAY BRIBE! OR KICKBACK)Who is he trying to fool, since when is the cable company responsible for people not paying their rent. This man is a money grubing idiot! Best of all he is the owners son! Got to love a family business.(NOT!) Anyplace is better then this place,BEWARE OF THE APPEARANCE AND RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
