I would advise you to look elsewhere if you can. Apts are small and not kept up. Maintence peeled the plaster off someones bathroom wall because of a leak. After 6 months and a daily call to the office, it is still not repaired. Rent goes up 28 to 30 dollars every year. Not enough parking spots. Must get a parking permit for visiting family members who stay for longer than a day. Neighbors are not very friendly, always keying peoples cars. Hit and runs on a regular basis people and cars. neighbors alway in your business and watching you. This is the most unpleasant place to live. You are not allowed to open the hood of your car not even to get a battery jump. Manager is very unkind and useless in solving issues. The complex will charge you for any repairs made to the apartment that they feel they are not obligated to fix. They charged someone 75 dollars a door for closet hinges that were rusted to be replaced. Charged someone 175 dollars to clean their air vent. Charged someone 150 dollars to fix a leak in the bathroom. Noisy and not very clean grounds. Hallways smell of urine and burnt food on a regular basis. Loud music playing in cars and fire alarms are always going off. AVOID LIVING IN THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
