I've lived at Harborlights for about five years now.
Originally it was a decent place to live, but the complex changed management about two years ago.
Since then its been falling apart. Management is extremely difficult to contact, maintenance barely does their job. For instance, there has been broken door handles on the doors that lead into the buildings for months now. Also, one of the laundry facilities kept having flooding problems - instead of trying to fix it, the door was locked permanently.

This place has been coined "The Ghetto With a View". Gorgeous sites from my balcony, but not much else. The padding under my carpet is dry rotted and there is paint on all of the edges of the old carpetting from a poor, rushed paint job. The kitchen cabinets look like a dog had been scratching at them for months. On several occasions I have gone to take my morning shower and there has been no hot water and on many occasions no water at all. No notice, no communication from management. I have had emergencies and called the "answering service" with absolutely no response. Tenants are basically on their own. Maintenance issues persist for months and months before they are addressed and are almost always pushed to the point of emergency. Yet they had no problem finding the funds to have trippy gold stripes painted in all of the hallways. Seems priorities aren't quite right here. So if you have patience for complete incompetence in exchange for a gorgeous river view....live here.
