I have been residing in Lakeview for a couple of years. I can not place blame on the maintenance men nore the people in the office. It is a group effort to keep the property around us nice and impressonable. When their day is over and their job is done it is no longer their time to maintain the grounds, thats where residents come in. When the greatful residents get tired of the ungreatful residents who think just because they do not own they do not need to take care of and coplain, hopefully the office will comply as best they can. With the reaccuring trouble makers to get them out of here and make our property beautiful agian. Maintenance men are not BABY SITTERS they have children of their own... Maybe the office needs to take more time to select the residents who move in. Not by race or maritial or financial status but overall impressionable status. Most residents are greatful and take care of their homes but there are a few bad apples in the bunch and they do spoil it for all of us..

Even when the one and only grounds keeper is working it is hard for him to clean 10 acres of trash by himself, Also Property Manager Tracy in year 2007 needs to treat residents with respect instead Tracy drives around Lakeview Manor Apartments with her Blue Windstar Van without stopping when people are walking in parking lot to their cars. Rental Office Persons give no respect even when people drop out their rents checks on first of month. All Rental Office Persons need to be replaced starting with Property Manager Tracy.
