These apartments are infested with spiders, roaches, mice, ants, and ladybugs. Management does not respond to your requests AT ALL even though they claim it is 24 hours. The police are there daily. Check out Bristol's crime report by the way. The tenants are rude, loud, dirty, and disrespectful as are many of the children. It took me three months of stalking them to get my security deposit back. By law you are supposed to get it w/in 30 days. The only reason I stayed so long was b/c of the price of the apartment, but then again as they say...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. But, it got to the point where I felt like if I was going to be sharing my apt. with rats and roaches they should pay half the rent. I am paying about $200 more at the place where I live now but I have absolutely no complaints. It is 200 sq. feet bigger, quiet, beautiful & bug free. They are out the same day to tend to any maintenance requests. At Lakeview, tenants would leave the front doors propped open at all hours of the night and when complaints were made to management, they would not follow-up. Their is trash all over the apt. complex..and I don't mean in the dumpsters. Landscaping is nonexistant. They keep raising the rent every year and yet they don't fix ---- or upgrade. They tell you they have to compete with the market value but they are not making any improvements. Tenants complain regularly about their clothing being stolen from the laundry rooms which by the way only have 2 washers per 12 apts., one of which is always broken. There are holes in many of the windows in laundry rooms, just waiting for some criminal to enter. I'm telling you...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO LIVE. The good points well let's see...You are close to 95, convenient to a few malls, and that's about it. I guess that doesn't say much for the actual apartments. All I can tell you is that this place is a SLUM....save yourself the headache and move somewhere worth while where you'll be safe, comfortable, and in a clean environment.

Short and Sweet of it is there are never any upgrades to your apartment unless your apartment is flooded , fire damaged, or major appliances break down.
