IF YOU WANT A BATH TUB THAT YOU CAN NEVER USE, MOLDY SMELLING HALLWAYS, WHERE THE DREDGE OF SOCIETY HANGS....PLEASE RENT HERE. THE SECURITY DOORS ARE A JOKE, ANYONE CAN ENTER YOUR BUILDING AT ANYTIME. ROACH INFESTED, DIRTY, NASTY AREA APARTMENTS. THE CRIME RATE MUST BE OFF THE WALL AS THERE ARE ALWAYS HALF A DOZEN POLICE SITINGS DAILY. MAINTANCE IS NON EXISTANT SINCE WE'VE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 120 DAYS FOR ANY REPAIRS SINCE MOVE IN.....

The photos listed here appear to be of one of many basement apartments that were flooded at Lakeview Manor on Sunday April 18,2007 this year. Obviously no amount of paint or Kiltz paint can cover up the mold and mildew in basements apartments that were flooded in April 18, 2007
