Now named "Stone Bridge Run".
Cars are keyed routinely. I know of at least 4 cars keyed that were not mine including an employees who lives at the complex. They were caught red handed and reported. The police were notified as well as the apartment management and still nothing was done.

"H" building has bats in the roof which climb through the walls at night and occasionally get into your bedroom while you are sleeping. This happened 5 times to me. Management knows, employees were shown where they get in and nothing is done (2 years still NOTHING IS DONE). I had to fix myself by shoving towels in a hole in the closet wall where the gas pipes are. That was the only fix.

The foundation leaked which routinely soaked our floors and cause the wood on the floor around the apt. to rot. Reported to management: the fix, paint to hide the smell and mold from inside the walls. (2 years Still leaking)
Minor issues are fixed fairly quickly.

Doors are always left open with sticks and rocks by the residents. Handles for opening the apt. go missing. YES, someone is stealing the door handles and they are not replaced. We were missing ours for 6-9 months till the time we got out of this poorly run facility.

The landscapers blow the grass and dirt into 1st floor apartments if windows are left open.

Knowing what I know about Stone Bridge Run formally Lakeview Manor I would not have done it. Big mistake not to be made again.

Hell ----in no all i can say is if you see the name or you ride by here and you think it is a nice place to live think 10times before you come in here . ---- no i been here since 07 -09 i am movin in dec of 09 and i can not wait to get the hell out of here at first when i moved here it was nice until the spring time i got these bugs that on my wall i told the office about it and the fat women just don't care about ur well being. she say they are just tree bugs i don't think so . i had one incedent where someone flatin my tire and i kno who that is . but other then that this place have went down hill and i will not tell anyone to move here i do not care how bad you need a place do not move here i can say the price is right but you get what you pay for . tha parkin is crazy everybody has a car here and ther is no space for you to park .it's time to upgrade the place . time to get some new stuff in the place and if you stay on the 1st or 2nd floor you can forget it you can hear the person movin around and if they have kids it's like a play groung you can here them playin all time of the night and you can not get any sleep and sometimes you have to call the cops to get somthin done . you hear it all . renters beware DO NOT MOVE HERE .
