Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
The ladies at the office are nice to you during two periods .
1) when you pay your rent on the first of the month
2) when they need to get you to extend your lease
The maintance is HORRIBLE , I have asked them 6 times to get the exterminators to ge trid of the cockraches , but no sign.
The is a lack of supply of hot water, if you enjoy cold showers in the mornings than thats fine
The washer and dryers are old and outdated they work but don't dry or wash your clothes effectively.
horrible horrible place to live be wise and look some where else.
