i had roaches and bed bugs from a guy living above me, and the office NEVER told me... just thought i would share that as well. when i said that to them, she told me they never tell the other tennants b/c bed bugs don't travel through walls.... i sent her a link from nbc.com and animal planet to show her that bed bugs travel through walls and live in laundry rooms and travel through the heating systems running on pipes and from apartment to apartment... she never answered me. when i asked to speak to the regional manager gilbert, i was told he no longer worked there. i asked to speak to whoever it is that does work there then since i get no answers from them and i was going to the board of health about this. she gave me the corporate address. nice. every email i had with the manager there she contradicted herself. i could go to a lawyer right now and show she said this one day and that the next.. lie after lie after lie. all in writing... all in my emails. i can't believe one place can treat their tennants soo badly.
