No one tells you about the driver by shootings that happened a month before you moved in. You can hardly call the laundry facility a facility. There is one washer and one dryer. The carpet in the hallways is terrible. If there is someone that is a smoker in one of the apartments across from you, you can smell it in your apartment as if you are the one smoking. My front door does not even mesh well with the frame. There is spacing in between. Parking is terrible. There are no assigned spots so you can imagine what it is like when you come in a little later at night. Most people park in the fire lanes, but then you get a ticket. I say the rental office should have to pay for it since they do not provide us with adequate parking. Living here has been a complete nightmare. And not to mention the millions of kids that go in and out of the building on a Saturday, slamming the doors and such when you are trying to sleep. And the intercom system doesn't even work. No kind of safety really.
