Roach and mouse infested, it's just the begining of the story. Maintenance robs tenants of their valuables. The police has several complaints, but management hasn't done anything about it. The electricity is managed by conserve, a very small company that operates from out of state. They charge three times as much as Peco and you're forced to sign up with them. The heating system is all or nothing. It's either too hot or too cold. There's been four management changes in the past two years. RATING: -7 on the scale of 1-10. Management sucks!!!
