This place is a hell hole. Hell Hole is actually being nice... Not only am I embarrassed to say that I live here, but I'm only doing this to warn whom ever may be interested in this ---- of a place. Your better off living in a box, or with your parents. First, When I went to sign my lease... There were news cast people outside the office warning others of the infest of bedbugs, and cockroaches. It's rediclious to think I'd rather deal with the roaches then some of the neighbors... People ring your bell constantly to get into the buliding, and I had to take apart my door bell. And I've come so close to being hit by -------s in this parking lot so many damn times, I'd rather walk to where I have to go then risk loosing my life. Once I seen the guy across the hall punch his girlfriend right in her face, in front of their 5 year old daughter. Our Neighbors downstairs started a fire and left it, stupid arogant teenagers. That's the office too. Big headed... I asked for my money back that I had deposited, before I signed the lease... and before I moved in, but they had refused, then later offered me a job. Retards, to say the least. Let's not even go there. We have one washer (that leaks) and a dryer that doesn't work. They are over priced... Forget asking maintance for anything. They say 24 hours on call, more like it takes 24 hours for someone to show. UNLESS, your not home. Then they conviently come to your house and steal like a bunch of weasels. Rent is ridiculious, and seems like it's always going up... but forget about where it may go. (DOWN THE TUBES) The office had this genious idea of lying mulch out in the middle of winter. Retards as I said before. When I was robbed of money... that was well hidden, I had to make a police report, only to find out there had been a string of robberies by an inside job. I flipped on the office only to be hushed... and no explaination. On the very next day my neighbor next door was robbed for money. Sad really. Pathetic. God forbid if you ask for anything (like new carpets, which in your lease clearly states that you get brand new carpets after living there for so many years) because you will never see them, atleast not til you move out yourself. My neighbors car was stolen, the school district is ----, and there was a murder in our parking lot. I have nothing to say about this place except it is litterally a living ---- hole. The people are constantly rude, And unles you are a ----, don't plan on being accepted here. (with new management, yeah you ----)! I hate this place, do yourselves a favor, and Stay far away. It's a living nightmare!
