You may be tricked into thinking, "Hey, this place is affordable!" and therefore think it may be a good starter home. "SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!" The managment is completely useless (Whenever I call for a manager, she always seems to be off! Man, must be nice to have a job where you only have to show up once a week!). Whenever they have something they want dealt with, there Johnny on the spot. If you have a problem however, they could care less (It's been 3 years, and Im still waiting for them to come fix my wobbly toilet!)! The rules of the apartment are a complete joke! You dont have to follow them if your a complete as*hole. However if you actually follow the rules and try to be curteous, you will be black balled here. They dont want good people here, they want trash who just pays there rent on time, "PERIOD!!!" If you follow that description, then you've found your dream home! And if you move here, I hope you like walking, cause you will rarely find a spot in front of your building. All of the spots are taken up by the inconsiderate -------s here who have 2-3 cars! (Not to mention the nice customers at Risque that take our spots cause they dont want the Mrs spotting the family van over at the strip club!). Well thats pretty much it. If your looking for a life of misery and disgust, welcome home!!! Enjoy! ;)

exactly my thought on the situation. i was there for 2 years. wish i never moved in there. never had a spot... never had anything fixed. never had running hot water in the bathroom... think they cared? nope. they cared about rent money, and that was it. they even lied and said we were the only ones complaining about the water situation. i talked to 3 others in my building. they all had the same problems. i'm soo glad to be out of there.
