Despite various changes in management, the staff are still rude and unhelpful. Never in a hurry to fix minor problems. I had no heat in the beginning of winter. It took a dozen calls to fix the problem. Water presure was another problem. It took them 4 months to act on my case. After informing the township, and the News crew they fixed it in 2 hrs. I later learnt from the maintaince crew they were asked not to work on it by a staff in the office. The maintance crew knew the problem and requested for the go ahead and was denied the opportunity to fix it.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE !!

For one thing I have been here since Sept 06 and I don't know of any maintenance man getting fired except the one that was stealing from residents apartments... would you want someone like that in your apartment? And everytime I have an issue it is taken care of within two days... I am so sick of everyone wining about Levittown Trace... it is apartments and normal apartment living... if you wanted to be treated like a hotel go live in one... I couldn't be happier!!

sorry, but i lived there from april 05 until recently in 07. i probably knew alot more people than you did. i tried to get help in alot of problems that were not getting resolved in the whole first YEAR i was there. remember, this is when GILBERT worked there. GILBERT no longer works there, and hasn't for a while now. the guy i am referring to probably got fired long before you even moved in. he got fired when i was still pregnant going through hell in that place (and having a baby 4 months early too) and that was still in 2005! you might want to stop and think about how long others were there before you talk like that. NO THIS IS NOT NORMAL apartment living. if you think that this is, go somewhere else and see how much better they are living without bugs, without fire alarms, without drug deals, and without all the needless crap that comes with this place. NORMAL is ALOT better than this. NORMAL is what people in my family had when they lived in apartments... NORMAL is what my friends have in apartments... and NORMAL is what i have FINALLY have for a few months now since i moved out.
