Rules!' What are those' There arent any here! Overcrowding and no parking here are the norm. I swear they find the most inconsiderate people around and put them all here, cause there more like animals than people. And the managment' Lol, they don't care! As long as you pay the rent thats all they care about! They act like there glad your here and will do anything to help you, but as soon as you sign that lease, you can forget about it! If you have a sworn enemy that you want to see suffer, recommend they come live here. Then again, that may be to cruel!

i totally agree! we went there due to money, and wished we were broke instead. now, we aren't exactly broke, but $500.00 more than that place every month really makes it worth it to get out of there. i hope you find peace eventually. i take it you are on the bottom floor just as i was. i had people yelling (not talking, but yelling was their normal tone in voice) all the time, and blowing smoke in my windows. i could never have them open... then they put up those shrubs that blocked your every view outside so you couldn't even see if someone was scratching up your car, or trying to steal it, plus my husband was allergic to it and no matter how many times we told management they didn't care. acted like something would be done, but never did. i can go on and on, but i put a post up... similar to yours actually. lol and i hear you about closing the door behind themselves... know how many times i got home and they didn't lock my door or even bother to close it? and i had some real "Winners" in my building too....

I've finally seen a drug deal because I spent significant time outside lately. My neighbors say this is a normal, usual occurrence. I always notice really nice cars come into the complex that leave a few minutes later. Police only seem to come when called. They need to be in here more often. I have always been disturbed by the lack of a police presence. It has been very annoying that people come into the complex disturbing the peace at all hours and hit their horn several times or really long because they are here to pick someone up. I have only been in the pool once this summer although I've gone down there many times. There are kids that scream at the top of their lungs the entire time they are there. Kids are running all over the pool area and jump in resulting in a lot of grass floating in the pool. The one time I swam, there were a lot of large bugs in the pool besides the grass. And yes, this life guard is oblivious, listening to his Ipod. The maintenance guys I have experience with are good guys.

My name is Debbie Mattaliano and I am the new Site Manager for Levittown Trace Apartments. It made me very sad to read the above letters, as we have been working so hard to make this a better place to live. I was brought in by the owner last October, and have worked very hard to straighten out the problems that have existed here for many many years. For those of you that do not know, I have personally evicted 82 families from the community since October for all kinds of reasons...being unclean, doing drugs, being overcrowded, etc. If I find residents breaking the rules and they continue to do so after a warning, they will be evicted. I apologize for not being in the office all day every day but I can assure you that I am here. I try to be out on the property as much as possible to get things done. I can assure you, we are working very very hard to turn this community around, but it can not be done overnight. I will not give up until Levittown Trace is the nicest yet most affordable apartment community in the Bristol area. I will continue to evict people who do not obey the rules, or who cause trouble in our community. I am working with the police department to establish a Neighborhood Watch program, and I hope everyone will take an active part. You will be notified when the meeting is scheduled, and the more people that participate the better this program will work. I sincerely apologize for all of the problems you have experienced at Levittown Trace before my arrival, but please be assured that if you call a problem to my attention it will be taken care of as swiftly as possible. I only ask that you be patient, as I walked into lots of problems that need to be addressed, and am working as fast as I can, with the help of my staff, to make this a nice affordable home for everyone. If you need anything our door is always open to you. We are here to help. Please be patient a little longer, I promise things are getting better every day, and will continue to do so.

I agree with all the responses on here, This place you call home is the most pathetic place i have ever lived at. I am hoping this is my last yr here. Bed bugs are so out of control it is unbelievable If you dont believe me go look at the furniture the tenants are throwing near the dumpsters they are covered with them The office staff especially debbie are nothing more than a bunch of liars,She claims she is going to clean this dump up yeah okay i will believe in when i see it. She needs to start with the maintnance men like Rick old grey haired one he is a pot head who likes to steal from whoever he can then you have jason who is dealing drugs to the tenents and sleeping with them, Napolean & the maint super & this other weird maintnance men are the best we have had here. they are the only ones who know what they are doing,As far as the hallways & laundry rooms they are just gross never cleaned right since the last cleaning girl worked here (not sure of her name)sorry to see her quit.The drug dealers out here actually make good money for they are always out here selling there ----. I have small children who i dont even take them out because i am scared for their safety Even the playground for the kids is nothing but a teen hangout.

In response to Debbie saying that if she finds that someone is breaking the rules and they dont correct them she'll evict them, thats a load of crap!!! There are plenty of people here who "CONSTANTLY" break the rules and she/the owner/who the hell ever does nothing!!! And then they leave these jack-assey letters on your doors stating the rules about over crowing and noise and stuff, HA! I get a good laugh out of them cuase there a joke! "DONT MAKE UP RULES IF YOUR NOT GOING TO INFORCE THEM!!!!"

ALL OF THEM my friends apt just got flooded with sewage about umm 3 months ago, they moved her BUT her old apt has yet to be cleaned! We looked in the window! The flys were incredable! & you can smell the ---- thru the window outside... crazy
