I am reading all of these reviews and the best
thing to do is make the owners of this dump
live here for a year. See how long they can
take it. I give it a week tops. I agree with the
last writer we should join forces and file a
class action suit. These places are unfit for
human habitation.The maint. really sucks around
here. They all look like escapees from the
nearest institution. I don't trust any one of them.
Maybe these places are cheap but you need to
be a lowlife to fit in here. I have one more
month in this hellhole and I can't wait. It's
like being in prison and getting paroled.
Good riddance to Levittown Trace Dumps!

OMG you are so right! I wrote the one about the maintenance men being thieves, I sued them and they appealed! Can you believe it!!!? LMAO! That place is a joke. The staff are airheaded, the maintenance men are thieves and liars and the residents dont give a f_ck because they feel as though there is nothing they can do. It is such a shame.

I'm with you on that one! I lived and worked there, I know from experience that some of them are druggies and thieves. Every time you try to help someone, the company says to just pacify the residents and tell them we'll do something about it then don't! It's a joke.

Dear happy employee01, I'm sure you know all about druggies like the guy who recently got transferred to Grandview after he was high on the job at Levittown. He should have been fired and he wasn't.So I'm sure that you're doing nothing about it right now just like me before you. I think they call that LOYALTY. But the problem still exists.HONEY, BUT LIKE THEY SAY BEEN THERE DONE THAT! And I know you know what I mean and Debbie knows it,too. As far as thieves we all know that most of those apartments broken into were not forced entry. I will tell you one thing I'm glad I don't work here anymore because I didn't like feeling like some kind of crook. But remember one thing WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. So keep on doing what you're doing for it will come back to bite you.

I am writing as an employee in response to the "former employee". The only way you could know if anyone from our staff are "druggies and thieves" is if you saw this and said nothing. Our company and especially Deb are all about customer service. We DO NOT tell people things and not do our best to complete them. Are we perfect? absolutley not however we do EVERYTHING with the best intentions. That's probably why you don't work here anymore.

You know, it's really sad that when you should be working to fix the dump you work in, your on the internet writing responses trying to make yourselves look better. Good luck with that! No matter what anyone says that place will never be better.

And Sandi62, if your the one who use to work in the office here, you got a lot of balls posting negative stuff here! I mean atleast you guys did evict people for breaking rules (Eventually), but still, you posting negative stuff here is like the pot calling the kettle black!!!
