My name is Kelly- I have lived in buildings c and h.
So far we have had roaches, mice and termites! Maintenence does absolutely NOTHING! My son found a mouse in his cereal! This place is unsanitary! I just moved in here about 6 months ago and they made it seem so nice- offering the pool and playground. They didnt tell us that they would be full of junkies and needles all over the ground! My son brought a "present" for me from the playground in his pocket- it was a dirty needle with yellow fluid in it... i took it to the hospital and found out that it was filled with heroin! There is no security officers patrolling and these kids are so disrespectful. My apartment has been broken into and nothing was done by the management office to change the locks.
This is not a very family friendly place - if i would of known then what i know now- there is no way i would of moved in here- especially with an eight year old!

were you in c20-40 by any chance? i moved out of that one a year ago! they were FULL of roaches, termites and bed bugs!

This response is to Kelly, first things first if you have only been here for 6 months how could you of been in two apartments already, didn't think the office allowed transfers that soon, and if there was so many problems with bugs why did you not contact the office since there is an exterminator. As for your son finding a needle at the park with drugs in it why did you not go to the police and if you did i would love to see the police report. Also did you go to the police about your apartment being broken into???? I am sorry if you are having a bad experience here at Levittown Trace but please do not speak for everyone here especially since there are 617 apartments and you are not the only opinion.

Only an office worker would know there were 617 apartments in this ghetto. Take care of the problems instead of saying they don't exist for all apartments. There is and has been judging by the past opinions, a bug problem at this slum plex.
