I'm one of the residents at Levittown Trace and I have been residing here for a little over a year. It's funny how angry people are the only ones to go out of their to post negative things and that usually happens when they are the type of people that NO MATTER what you do for them, they can't be pleased. I would just like to go out of my way and say that I'm extremly happy here and the maintanence crew and staff in the office are very attentive. Whenever I seem to have a problem it always gets resolved within a resonable amount of time. I have also never experienced any roaches, mice or termites. However if you keep your apartment clean then you should not have any issues with roaches. People don't ever take that in to consideration, do they' Well all I can say is I happy and I have never had any problems. I will continue to live here and hope to only have more positive things to say about this community.

I hope no one takes you seriously and thinks its nice here. The problems are real so let the wonderful office girls take care of them and dont make stupid statements about living there. Being clean or dirty doesnt have anything to do with having roaches or mice. Bedbugs I dont know about. No one with any other options would move into this hole.

no one that lives here was happy. they DO NOT take care of anything in a timely manner. after TWO YEARS of telling them i had the upstairs leaking into my apartment, and after over TWENTY floods, they still didn't fix it and i LEFT! i never had heat or hot water when i would turn the cold on just the slightest bit (and they said it only didn't work for about 2 weeks, yet i complained for TWO YEARS!) every time something borke like the fridge, or the garbage disposal, or hell, even when i would tell them i had another flood coming from the ceiling they would always ask me "well, what did you do?" screw them, they don't care about you, and you only HEAR FROM THEM if you don't pay your rent on time. i was there b/c i couldn't afford to get out and thank god when i did! i paid every month early, i had the worst neighbors (and the guy on the 3rd floor would agree with me b/c he was stuck with the jerk below him that was above us) and every time they went in to take care of roaches and bed bugs, they would never tell anyone else in the building about them and we got screwed b/c we never had our apartments done by the exterminator and that one apartment that did had them run all over into our apartments! when i told off the manager, i got an email response saying they don't let others know b/c it's not a need to know thing (i kept the email if you would like to see. they were reported to the board of health among other things). if you like it here, you are dirty or you work here.

YOU SHOULD BE SLAPPED! I dont know where you come from but this place is a ghetto, bed bugs, roaches, sewage, mice, please beleive me, the office's "new management" tricked me too, biggest mistake of my life moving here, DONT MOVE HERE if your a clean person anyway... OH & the office is racest they said the bed bugs have to be comming from the AFRICANS!!?? Who can just pin that on one specific race? They cant because its their fault they didnt keep up the place like they should now my kids are getting bit TRUST ME DOOONNNTTT DOOOO ITTTT I dont care what anyone says its a peice of S@#$!

Ew. I hated living there. Theres roaches in EVERY apartment there, whether you're clean or not because if your neighbors are disgusting slobs, the whole building will be infested.
