Please read this review. I think it would be very helpful..I want to begin with my apartment building, although I got lucky!! and have wonderful neighbors. The building is in shambles!! The laundy room is about to fall down.we've called several times to fix the light int here and it's been 2 weeks already. Can i do my laundry please!!! The community is horrible, disgusting, annoying, loud, dirty, trashy, overcrowded, etc...I moved here under immediate circumstances, my boyfirend has lived here for 4 years and he had just renewed his lease when we decided to live together , my lease had expired in my own apt. He warned me that the community used to be ok not great but ok. and its getting worse and worse..it has gown downhill since they have been letting anyone live here. kids from other communities come the playground and wreck it i can't even take my 3 year old to the playground without being harrased by men for my attention. Since living here our apartment has flooded 10 times..yes..10 times!!! All they do is flush the water out. the apt stays moldy until 1 week later when they come to clean it. so they say..they have already lost 1 rent payment form us and even when we showed them the money order receipt they didnt believe us..Parking is horrible theres abandoned cars everywhere. although my apt is very nice and clean we had bugs come through our window in our sons room. We had to wait a week until they came to clean that mess. there is always a hang out in the parking lots when we drive into the complex. kids on bikes everywhere, teenagers looking for trouble or attention wearing scimpy clothes. no parents around ever!! we had quite a few nights where kids would play through the building running in and out.AT might i say 10 11 oclock again no parents around!! my very built boyfriend scared them away. we always complained but the office doesnt care about anything. the grounds are disgusting. there's shopping carts from the near by pathmark laying around. i just hate it here. we are moving when the lease it up in may 09. but until then i have no choice but to live here or break the lease and loose my security deposit. i just want to say to the neighbors in building E your great and of course they agree and are leaving too!!!!Please dont move here unless you like to be dirty and ghetto and raised your kids like houligans... odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
