response to charlie.. my apartment building section had TWO people out of 11 apartments filled due to people picking up and LEAVING. they are not all full. the lot looks full due to 1 apartment building parking 5 cars, or having 5 people live in a 1 bedroom apartment... and guys parking in the parking lot instead of letting their wives see their car at club risque.

DON'T DO IT!!!! Most likely, the "NEW" management is someone that the corporate office hand picked to run the place and it has not improved in years, only gotten worse! I am imploring you, do not subject your children to that place. Since living there, I have had my apartment broken into TWICE, a car was stolen right next to mine and there is a horrible drug problem there. If you are not sure, go to the bristol police department website or check them out in person and request all of the filed open to the public break in accounts. It is horrible.

There are hundreds of apartments here and most them are full. If this is such a bad place, why are the apartments almost full? I am so tired of negative people posting stuff on here all the time. I know I am not the only happy person living here. My neighbors are happy too. Where do all of these mad people live? I would like to know.

Hi, You can call me if you'd like 215-478-4109. My boyfriend and I along with our son just moved from there oct. 18th. iT'S RATHER LENGTHY TO WRITE but i can answer any questions you might have, my name is janitza. My boyfriend live there for 4 years and although he was a bachelor in those days, it was ok for him. Not for a family. There are many things you might want to be aware of, but i can add, that i have a friend that just moved there, after i told her not to, and she states that there are improving tremendously and making it a more family freindly place as well as evicting many "ghetto, project-looking hoodrats" out of there. They can go down the street across from the college! But I hope they are improving and i hope things work out for you. I can say that I never ever saw a fly or rat or cockroaches or anything like that in my apt. and the neighbor I had was great. (E-31) but the building we had E-30 was great although one family upstairs was rowdy. But overall we didnt have that bad. maintenance at the time was treadful but like i said it couldve changed by now. Our apt flooded 10 times and it took the tenth time for them to fix the prob (a small hole outside the building). The reason we left at the time was because it started to look like a hangout for the other kids in the neighborhood to attract to. to flee to. Everytime we drove in there was a brokendown car, a group of kids janging out, playing on shoppingcarts from pathmark, in the middle of the street hanging out, it look like the projects!!!! and im from NY where i grew up in the projects i came to PA to move from that and give my son a better life,Well we moved to a beautiful place now in bensalem about 100 dollars mor but well worth it 2 floors 2 bath, and our mail to our door. well like i said you are more than welcome to call me. wish you the best to you and your family.

i think this is a wonderful choice for your family atleast if this is affordable for your family you can save until you are ready to move on i mean dont get me wrong this place has its ups and downs but notning in this world is perfect and the people that has so many negative things to say are the ones who have been kicked out or is nhaving court issues as we speak.
