We are moving out! We signed a 15 month lease and we are done with it! The time that my wife and I spend here was the worst experience of our lives! Let me start with the office staff: Jackie, she talks about each person behind thier back, she will accuse you of everything she can. Mellisa, Shes a nice person but has fallen into the wrong crowd. Joeanne, What a piece of white trash! She's a liar! Debbie (the manager)is the worst of them all. When my wife and I moved in we had a chawawa(probally spelled wrong) we were told we would owe nothing that the dog was so small it would be fine to have her. After we told the office we were moving out we got a bill for the dog! We threatened court and it was dropped! Debbie is a huge liar! She likes to promise the world then screw you over after its said and done! I am currently in the process of getting the Levittown Trace reviewed by MANY different government agencies. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE! THe apartment loose heat every week, no hat water, dirty, smelly, Lots of noise, neighbors are loud and fight alot!

i would like to send a huge THANK YOU for moving out. You and your wife are EXTREMELY large and really thought we were having tremors through out the complex when you walked around your apartment. Im sure you think you are extremely intelligent well rounded people, and well you both are certainly WELL ROUNDED however; far from educated. If you could possibly spell the most simple words correctly then maybe someone would take your rating seriously. I live here and have lived here for many years and unless you are fat slobs (like yourselves) you will not have roaches. If you had any knowledge of the world and the epidemic of bed bugs nation wide you would realize it is not a LEVITTOWN TRACE problem. You had a CHAWAWA..you should be charged for that!! Nobody knows what the hell a CHAWAWA is!! sounds like a rodent of some sort, and if you meant Chihuahua then your wife probably sat on it in the car and got it stuck up her ass crack due to the size of the dog therefore it was hidden in very large dark and deep territory so the GREAT office staff didnt realize you even had a dog. You probably had to distinguish your wife from a cow to save from paying the 200 pet deposit! Anyways I just wanted to clarify those few little issues and give your landlord now my greatest CONDOLENCES and let your neighbors know WE feel their pain! :)

haha this is someone from the office they prolly get alerted everythime someone comments this site... how would the person downstairs even know that the "fat people" upstairs even was on here... you ------- are ----ed up and when I move out yall gonna see me...
