This apartment complex is by far the worst slum I've ever lived in. In one year we've seen roaches, mice and bed bugs. This place is horrific and I don't know why the board of health has not shut this place down. They also have fire drills at three o'clock in the morning, good luck keeping your kids asleep. Please take my advice and don't move there just to save a couple of bucks, it's not worth it in the end.

I live here and I've heard the alarms go off at 2 and 3am but it aint a fire drill its usually a crackhead catching there apartment on fire I've lived here for years 1990 sounds about right it was called keystone garbage then or keystone gardens haha lol

no this is definitly true... fire alarms are constanly going off and fire trucks are back here all the time. the last time was real annoying and scares the hell outa people was when maintenence pulled them "by accident" twice in one day and when asked they laughed and said it was an accident when they were doing a ---- job on makin the OUTSIDE part of the building look nice
