It all seems great at first but then reality sets in and your stuck in hell. and im auctually in "one of the better parts" of this ---- whole. If you think that your saving money trust me your not. THE STAFF IS COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE AND HEARTLESS. After you sign the papers and you are stuck will you then be able to see how these no caring,money hungry,lazy snobs are. Your so called free hot water is all connected with every one in the building so your water pressure goes in and out and goes from hot and cold every 3 seconds.Also you will have times where the hot water will stop completly because there old unit breaks,So if you like days without hot water then you would love it here. The noise is out of control. The floors are uneven and loud,the fridge is old and LOUD. The "air conditioner" is ancient and ours blew out when it was hot and it took forever to have it replaced.The electric is constantly going out. THERE IS NO PARKING. we thought it was okay at first when it was early in the day but come late at night especially on the weekends and you will have no where to go and the fact that all the drunks that go to club risque the nasty strip club across the street park in there so that people dont see their cars at the club so thats always fun. The windows are horrible and anything that wanted to come in will even if you are the cleanest person. Sitting here right now with no music or tv on i can hear a loud buzz sound from the fridge and a ratteling sound also earlier i heard a guy screaming outside at a girl cursing every 2 seconds and yeah i understand everywhere you go you will have rude people that are noisey at aparments but here it is unbelievable. I am honestly scared to walk out the door. I love being outside also but trust me you wouldnt either and i have seen and been through alot so i can handle myself but you wouldnt if you seen and heard some of the horrible stuff. The "laundry room" is so moldy and disgusting.The washer and dryer are small,old and nasty. The 1.25 it cost for each cycle is not worth it unless you dont mind ruining your clothes, So if you think having a washer and dryer is a perk here its not. Also if you dont mind laying on the ground scared thinking somebody is going to shoot a gun then your good but if your like me i would think twice.Not to long ago i invited my friend and her boyfriend over to watch a movie when a guy pulls right up gets out pushing all the intercom buttons yelling for a person in this building to give him his percocets(drugs)back. I was so scared to move and embarrassed that i had to call my friends and tell them not to come because there is some guy flipping out because somebody stole his drugs.cops were called and like a routine for the cops to show up around this place they did eventually and they told him to leave. He did but came back an hour later and sat right in front of the door with beer and smokes and stayed there for a good amount of time. so if your into being embarrased about having somebody stop over because of all the drugdealers and fights then your ok. The best one yet is speaking with debbie about a situation with our rent lately and she "worked" it out with us and seemed kind hearted and caring but then when we called like two weeks after they rudely tell us that debbie no longer works with us and we have no record of that conversation so we are going to need late fees immidiatly and you being two weeks late we sent it in to court so now we will have that fee on top when we were finally going to be ahead with what we worked out with the MANAGER even though she was unprofessional and screwed us by not informing people the convo we had. So that was just the icing on the cake.Im not doing this because i am bitter, i am doing this because i am currently looking for a new place and reading ratings on places and wanted to see all the bad comments that i knew people had to of write about this place(BESIDES THE STAFF MEMBERS THAT I NOTICED MAKE COMMENTS THAT ARE AGAIN UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALSO THE SO CALLED GOOD REVIEW OR DECENT REVIEW IS FALSE,DO NOT BE FOOLED BECAUSE I KNOW THAT NOBODY IN THE RIGHT STATE OF MIND WOULD WRITE ANYTHING GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE GIRLS THAT WORK AT THIS DUMP.)So hoping that people will really RUN AWAY. seriously come by at night especially after 5 and just observe and you will see what i mean. I just hope i am helping at least one person by going else where because i would not wish what i went through on anybody. YOU ARE NOT SAVING MONEY STAYING HERE. ALSO YOUR SANITY IS NOT WORTH LOSING FROM THIS DUMP.

SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

so your sitting at home right now?? if anyone reading this doesnt realize that it is 1215pm on a friday, so this meaning you have NO JOB..yeah you deserve to live in a place you call a dump..maybe one day when your all grown up youll get a job and MAYBE be able to buy a house, but then again that would leave the responsibility of plunging your own toilet and fixing things yourself which im sure your incapable of doing so youll probably RENT for the rest of your life..GOOD LUCK WITH THAT ONE! :) the office staff is INCREDIBLE..they get pay checks at the end of the week so they can afford their MORTGAGE..maybe when you come down to the rental office to talk to the snobs in there you should let them know how you REALLY feel :)

You must work in the office no one likes the trace unless you want drugs or a very cheap hooker there are people I know who went homeless for a few months waiting for an apartment elsewhere when trace has multiple openings what does that tell you about the state of that complex

hmm i guess it is weird to be off on a friday unless it is one of the two days off a week i get from a job that i do currently have. i only moved here because i did not know about how horrible it was and after i told people i signed up was when i heard the horror stories and i knew i made a mistake and they were definitly right. and its funny because i recall the dumb lazy "ladies" telling me they live at the apartment complex and how they have 2 cats well just because they work there and are aloud to go against policies. So yes i auctually have a very good career and do not need to work at a ---- whole and do a horrible job just to live in these nasty apartments free... unless you yourself do not currently have a job or maybe instead of doing your job and helping people your sitting on ur ass worried what people have to say about the service provided. also just because people rent an apartment does not make them bad people maybe it is a way to save money because we all can not have these high paying customer service jobs at these high class apartments can we? oh wait thats right you dont either. SO AGAIN IM MAKING SURE THAT I LET EVERYONE KNOW TO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS GHETTO.

WOW... I have to agree my apt is a dump... Ive never in my life lived like this & I have a job and go to school with 2 kids so im quite suprised at whoever left that comment above, maintenance crew nap, the "twins" Ang are great I really actually like them & I always liked the girls in the office its their job to rent these ---- holes BUT they were always helpful... to see that one of them could really be that ignorant just really is sad... knowing damn well the only "mortgage" they pay is for the house with 1/2 a roof on 3rd ave in Croydon, not a far cry from The Trace... please dont think that we dont know who yous are, you can see it on all of your faces, I used to know Jackie... Cocaine comes to mind... holla at me when you can step it up to at least town home in Bensalem silly girls... Deb left because she couldnt handle it here & she knows they eventually will have to take it down... they could fix it if they start getting rid of all the scumbags that live here for one... people who are NOT scumbags leave messages like the one we are commenting on... they like myself are uncomfortable with there living situation and some people who are NOT lazy but are working towards better, or are disabled. or LOST their job... dumb ass, or just really old like my bfs grandmother and been here forever should not be exposed to unhealthy unsafe living conditions just beacuse people in the office think they are better than someone else... spend the night with me sweet heart youll run back to croydon with the quickness... Levittown Trace is the worst apartment complex ever. They will try to get you for all your money. Not only that, but I agree with the original post about the people who work in the office, they are very unprofessional.
