I really liked the apartment when I moved in. But I've had a series of problems since then. I have had considerable trouble with maintenance. Repeatedly my requests for maintenance were "lost". It took me 3 months to have my air conditioner fixed during the hottest summer in recent years. Maintenance "neglects" to leave a note when they enter my apartment so I never even know if they came, except when I find evidence such as finding the toilet seat left up (i'm a female resident living alone) or finding all the contents of my closet emptied into the bed.
While maintenance was a headache, I've found that the biggest problem was heating. I could never get enough heat in my basement apartment. My bedroom was rarely above 60 degrees. The heater just isn't strong enough to blow back that far.
