A horrible place to call home

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Financially it is nice, but the all night parties and the constant noise are un-believable. Maintenance is extremely slow to respond. We reported that our bathroom ceiling was caving in and our screen had fallen out of our second floor window and it took almost 3 months for them to fix our ceiling and a whole year before they replaced our screen. And the apartments are not sound proof, i can hear my neighbors when they cough or sneeze.
