nice place to live, but some problems

We've never had any major issues, my biggest problem is during the school year there is never anywhere to park...I don't like coming home at 9:30 and have to park in the back where lighting isn't that great. I've had friends complain that maintenance doesn't fix things for them, but I haven't had that problem. The lights in the driveway never all work...I've only ever seen one light on, and there's about 5 lights in the driveway. Other than that, I have no complaints, I would recommend this place to my friends, as long as the office fixes my friends' problems...
