I have been living here for about two years now. I havent had many problems. When I do maintenance is right there immediately. The only major problems I have had are with the college hockey players putting there stinky equiptment in the storage area...and the washers need to be replaced. Other then that I like it here. Nice and quiet. Good school district. Only problem with the school district is that there is no bus to the elementary school. Only middle and high school so its a big pain. I would never let my kids walk that far to school.
