My husband and I lived here for almost two years -- two years too long. We had loud next door neighbors with rude young children who would run up and down the halls and smoke wherever they felt like it and putting out cigarettes in the hallway and in trashcans. Management did not care. All Gov. Sproul cares about is getting their rent money. The snow was not cleared regularly from the walkways and the driveway and forget about salting them. It was like walking on an ice rink. The front doors that are supposed to lock for security purposes never worked and it took management forever to fix them. In fact, we just moved out, and the front door lock (and door) had been broken for about 2-3 weeks. This place is just a horrible place to live. Management is very ignorant and they really do seem annoyed that your annoyed with things. Because we tried to get things taken care of in the apartment building that we lived in, we were advised when we gave our notice to leave that the head guy of the complex told the Manager to send us a non-renewal notice and all because we wanted to make the building a safe place to live. I would never recommend this place to anyone . . . not even my worst enemy. Do not waste your money. When we moved out a month ago, there were about 5 or 6 apartments in our building alone that were vacant. That does not say much about the complex. Also, the washing machines and dryers were always broken or never worked properly. It's just not worth your hard earned money.
