The Governor Sproul Apartments have to be the absolute worst living experience I have ever had.

THE STAFF: Rude, obnoxious, foul mouthed and goes out of their way to make your life a living hell at Governor Sproul.

SAFETY: Non Existant

APARTMENT: Foul - Always in disrepair. A/C, Heat inoperable most of the time. Faucets leak, Plumbing in very bad disrepair.

HALLWAYS: Filthy, torn carpeting

DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LIVING AT GOVERNOR SPROUL.

Such a shame it could be such a beautiful place to live. Very convenient to everything and it is ashame the staff and management just does not care.
