My wife and I placed $150 down for the application fee and a "hold", of which the "hold" portion was to be refunded in case we decided to NOT move into G.Sproul. Ultimately, we were blessed, REAL blessed, and found somewhere better. I went back for the $75 that was promised when we signed the application, and was confronted by a rude, obnoxious property manager who wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. She spoke with no class, accused ME of using foul language - needless to say, that $75 is probably good as gone. I'm not giving up though - it's not the $75 that bothers me, its that they can't even stand up and take ownership for what they say.
