I moved in here just a year ago and so many things had to be replace or fix! And was without air conditioner for 6 DAYS!!!! Said it wasnt consider an emergency ended up in hospital!!!

Wouldnt recommend this place to a dog!!!

Well move, why would you stay? Maybe its not as bad as you say, Hummm I wonder? I think the place is great. I read some of these reviews and laugh because things break its life buy a house and maybe nothing will ever break. I think the bleaching has gone to your head move out and move on. Its true BLONDS are STUPID

LewisResident must be another relative of the manager. I had the same problem with air conditioning breaking down about a month after I moved in...and on the hottest day of the summer. I have two toddlers and the temperature inside my apartment was 109 degrees. Management was totally unprepared, especially now that I see in these posts that this happened last year and the year before. The parts necessary to repair the air conditioning were not available. I was provided with a small, old air conditioner that cooled the apartment to a whopping 102 degrees at night. The manager kept telling me that I was exaggerating so I went out and bought a thermometer and then called maintenence to come up and see what the temperature was in here. The manager came instead and argued with me and told me I should remove the fans I had blowing on my toddlers and place them in the windows so a cool breeze would blow in. What cool breeze? It was 105 degrees outside. Anyway she refused to give me another air conditioner. The manager's apartment, by the way, had perfectly functioning air conditioning.
