I have to agree. I haven't had to deal with such childish vindictive bahvior since I was in the 7th grade. And the ownership must endorse the manager's behavior since they allow her to continue despite so many complaints over such a long period of time. In other words, ownership hates us as much as management does. Just give us your money and shut the hell up!
