I've had my problems with management in the short time I've been here, and have been very frustrated. However, I have now seen the really decent and kind side of the people in charge here too. In most disagreements both sides are usually somewhat right and somewhat wrong, and the management here has certainly been willing to work things out with me. To give a more balanced view of life here than I've given in the past, I'd have to say that our favorite aspect of life here is the courtyard. Its a wide open, well maintained, safe space for kids to play and I don't have to worry about traffic. Most of the people we meet are friendly. The maintenence staff is nice and does the job right. From my perspective, the office staff still needs improvement but a willingness to work out problems is what really matters.
