We have to pay for our heat, and the windows here SUCK! I put weather stripping, plastic on them and you can see the plastic blowing cause the windows here are so drafty! you would think since we are paying almost 1000 dollars a month we would have decent windows! and you know that these buildings are paid for, and our money is just making "Viking Associates" a profit! Take our rent money and replace our windows! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
